Sidra Reserva

Sidra Reserva | Bourbon Sidra Natural Anaerobic from El Diviso

Produced by Adrián, Néstor, and Jonathan Lasso at El Diviso in Huila, Colombia, Sidra Reserva brings together strawberry jam, golden pineapple, and ripe peach sweetness, with jasmine florals and a velvety, silky finish.

The natural anaerobic process gives this Bourbon Sidra a layered fruit character. We recommend resting it for 25–30 days after roasting before brewing.
