Lot Six & Quebraditas Coffee Farm

This is the most refined coffee we’ve ever released. Grown by Edinson Argote at Quebraditas Coffee Farm in Oporapa, Huila, this lot of Tipica Mejorado is the result of precision, patience, and bold experimentation. Processed using an anaerobic washed method, every part of this coffee was designed to push boundaries without losing balance.

I visited Edinson again this past year and saw how much care went into this specific lot. It was different. The cherries were more selective, the fermentation longer and colder, and the result is a profile unlike anything else we've tasted from the farm.

Lot Six by Edinson Argote

This coffee opens with the fragrance of cherry candy and deep red fruit. The structure is bright and polished, with a pomegranate snap that adds lift and clarity. A gummy candy sweetness gives the cup a chewy, playful body, while the finish leans sangria-like, juicy, bold, and slightly wild without losing its elegance. It’s expressive, layered, and completely its own.
