This coffee is a radiant expression of sweetness and structure, grown by Edinson Argote at Quebraditas Coffee Farm in Oporapa, Huila, Colombia. I had the privilege of visiting Edinson last year and left genuinely astonished. Not only by his meticulous approach to processing, but also by the beauty and balance of his coffees. His vision, discipline, and humility are woven into every step, from cherry selection to extended fermentation techniques that elevate each lot with clarity and depth.
This Caturra lot, we decided to name Peach Perfect, is washed with an extended fermentation that teases out layers of juicy fruit, floral brightness, and syrupy sweetness. It’s a coffee that feels both vivid and harmonious. A standout from one of Huila’s rising stars.

In the cup, you’ll experience a sweet stone fruit burst, juicy peach syrup, and nectar-blossom florals. Bright acidity carries through with a honey-like texture that wraps each note in silky warmth. Peach Perfect lives up to its name: elegant, expressive, and perfectly balanced.
